Lyndsay Dyk
Founder + Head Publicist
Born and raised in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Lyndsay grew up immersed in the legends and landscapes of the American West. Since then she has pursued her passion telling stories in media relations and hospitality from Seattle to New York to Portland. In 2019 Lyndsay left her in-house role at the book publisher Timber Press in order to return to the hospitality community as a publicist at the Portland firm Little Green Pickle. There, she supported dynamic winemakers, chefs, hospitality innovators, and other creatives.
In 2022, Lyndsay launched her own studio, Field Day PR, to further address the unique earned media needs of food and beverage clients with deep connections to the land, their community, and their mission. For clients like these, Lyndsay has conceptualized and managed media events and brand activations throughout the US. She’s introduced seasoned wine writers to emerging producers and local influencers to newly opened restaurants. She has created imaginative virtual tasting kits for top-tier media that begged to be unboxed on social and resulted in placements from Bon Appetit to Cosmo. Lyndsay holds a WSET Level 2 in Wine with Merit and sits on the board of the Northwest Cider Association.

Delaney Seven
Account Lead
Born in Southern Oregon, raised in Southern California, and educated in Seattle, WA, Delaney has deep West Coast roots and a passion for craft creations. After graduating from Seattle University, she started at a lifestyle public relations agency servicing clients across a variety of industries, including fashion, beauty, fitness, and events. A love of exploration and curiosity for culture led her to pursue a Master's in Social Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh, where, in addition to studying, Delaney lead sales and marketing for a Scottish microbrewery emerging in the Edinburgh and Glasgow pub and restaurant scene. This sparked a passion for craft beverages and telling the stories of the makers who pour their heart and soul into the products we savor. Upon returning to the USA, Delaney has tapped into her vast portfolio of experiences to join Field Day in amplifying inspiring voices in the travel, culinary, beverage, and hospitality spaces. Off the clock, you'll likely find Delaney at a happy hour, music festival, or planning her next adventure.

Mallory brings more than fifteen years of experience in wine, storytelling, education, and consumer engagement to Field Day PR. After moving to Portland, she earned her WSET 2 certification and spent over a decade managing a local bottle shop, where she developed a deep understanding of wine consumers and the stories that help brands connect.
She went on to co-found Sunday School Wine, which grew from in-person classes into a national online wine education platform, and later co-founded Alt Wine Fest, an event created to celebrate the diversity and creativity of Oregon wine.
At Field Day PR, Mallory serves as a story lead, helping brands and small businesses translate who they are into clear, compelling narratives. Her work bridges the gap between a brand’s personality and the audiences ready to embrace it.
